If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.


Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt and note that Green Dog Dental does not cover the cost of shipping for returned items.  You can use the original shipping package or your own if you prefer.

For approved returns, we will issue a credit via the method of the original purchase.

To arrange for a return, please email [email protected] and we will provide you with additional details.  Returns can take between 7 and 10 days to process.  If a package is sent back to Green Dog Dental marked RETURN TO SENDER and there are any fees associated, that fee will be deducted from the refund amount.  Any costs associated with invalid addresses, name changes, etc. will be billed to the customer.

If we shipped you an incorrect order, please let us know and we will re-ship your item and pick up the incorrect item at our expense.

When ordering online and completing your order, we begin processing immediately and therefore your order may not be canceled.  If an order is refused at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
